BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS POLICIES

 

Bookings

 

Check-In Time

Check-In time is after 12pm but may be earlier upon request. Please confirm with park before arrival. 

 

Check-Out Time

Check-Out time is also 12pm, with any extension of booking needing to be requested before this time.

 

Free website booking available on website.

 

Bookings via phone are payable upon arrival, as well as the $5 per child per night tariff (see tariffs)from website bookings.

 

Bookings are subject to site availability and must be paid on arrival or prior to arrival. 

 

Group bookings of 10 people or more (excluding caravan clubs) are subject to a deposit of $100 upon confirmation of booking, with final payment payable on arrival. 

 

Cancellations and Refunds

 

When making a direct reservation with Stony Creek Bush Camp, you acknowledge and agree that all bookings and deposits are accepted by park owners subject to the following cancellation policy. 

 

Website and group bookings are subject to refund if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival.

 

During peak periods of public holidays, website and group bookings are only subject to refund if cancellation occurs 7 days prior to scheduled arrival.

 

These conditions are also applicable to caravan clubs and group bookings. 

 

Tariffs

​

The tariffs at Stony Creek Bush Camp Caravan Park generally apply to extra people and children occupying accommodation or sites. 

Unpowered site: $10 per person per night. No minimum number of guests.

Powered site: $10 per person per night above two adults

Children (5-12 yrs): All children $5 per child per night for both sites

 

Not applicable to Bunk house and Ensuite accommodations.

 

Goods and Service Tax (GST) is included in tariffs listed in this publication.

 

Ensuite accommodation includes the supply of linen and bedding. Linen available for hire in conjunction with booking and should be arranged prior to your arrival. 

 

Firewood is also available to purchase, as well as other grocery goods on site. 

 

Laundry use is $4 per load, payable at office.

 

All amenities, such as camp kitchen, toilets and showers are available for paying guests to use.

 

EFTPOS Surcharge: 0.26%

Visa and Mastercard Surcharge: 0.58%

 

Additional Information

 

Motorhome and RV-Friendly Site

 

Stony Creek Bush Camp Caravan Park can comfortably accommodate larger and towing vehicles, although keep in mind the unsealed road on arrival to the park before your journey. It is essential to make a booking to ensure suitable sites are available with respect to the specific requirements of your vehicle. Please note that sullage is not available onsite, ask at reception for local grey water removal site.

 

Park Reception Hours

 

Office hours are from 9am till 9pm everyday of the week. 

If you are arriving or departing outside of these hours please make arrangements with park owners. Management is accessible 24 hrs a day using the contact phone numbers.

 

Room Servicing

 

Accommodation is not serviced daily unless specifically arranged with the park. Additional charged may apply.

Respecting Neighbours

​

We ask that music and noise be kept to a minimum after 10pm to ensure the peace in our lovely park. If noise persists you may be asked to leave.

 

DOG OWNER’S CONDITIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The following conditions apply to guests staying at Stony Creek Bush Camp Caravan Park:
 

• Your dog(s) must be supervised at all times whilst in the park.
   

• Just like children, your dog(s) must not be left unattended in any area of the park. This includes being left inside tents, campers, caravans or motorhomes on their own.
   

• As the owner of your dog(s), you acknowledge that you are personally responsible for any and all personal injuries and/or property damage in relation to any actions caused by your dog(s).
   

• Your dog(s) are not permitted in the camp kitchen, bunk houses, ensuite cabins and amenities.
   

• You must pick up and dispose of your dog’s waste in the general waste bins provided
   

• Your dog’s bedding IS NOT to be washed in the guest washing machines.

 

If you are travelling with dogs or pets, please specify this in your booking request so as to ensure suitable site placement.
